#Frequently asked questions

#What is Jambu?

Jambu is a voice-first AI companion. It remembers who you are, helps you reach your goals, reminds you of what matters, and talks with you in your own language.

#Which languages does Jambu speak?

English and Hindi today, including a mix of both. More languages will be added over time.

#Do I have to type?

No. You can speak to Jambu and listen to its replies. A simple mode with bigger text and fewer buttons is available for people who want it.

#Does it cost anything?

Jambu is free to start. When paid plans arrive they will be small and simple, and the details will be published before anything is charged. See Plans.

#What does Jambu remember about me?

Only what you share with it: for example the people you mention, your preferences and your goals. You can see everything it remembers, correct it, and delete it.

#Is my data sold or used for ads?

No. Your conversations and memory are never sold and never used to show you ads.

#Can my family use it?

Yes. A household can have a profile for each person, each with a private space, and a simple mode for elders.

Jambu can explain and help you organise, but it is not a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser. It will tell you when to speak to a professional. Always check important information.

#Why did Jambu get something wrong?

AI can make mistakes. If something looks wrong, tell Jambu and check with a trusted source. Your feedback helps us improve.

#How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your memory from within Jambu, and manage or close your account from your account page. If you need help, contact us.

#How do I sign in?

With your email or your Google account. Sign-in is handled by one secure account service shared across our products.

#Can an AI agent or assistant use Jambu for me?

Our documentation explains how Jambu works in a way any AI agent can read, so an assistant can guide you step by step. Your private data in Jambu is never open to the public.
